Twerking
Twerking is a type of dance that has been used across many cultures. It is known for balancing the body's chakras, improving physical health, boosting your mood and more. We use it as a potent tool to connect with and nourish the body, mind, and spirit, and to promote overall health and well-being.

Breathwork
Breathwork is a holistic practice that
involves controlled breathing techniques to improve physical and mental health. It has been used for centuries in various traditions to promote relaxation and calm the nervous system. This is a grounded and safe modality for releasing stuck energy and trauma.

Connection
Twerkwerk is a non-judgemental, open and fun space where you get to express yourself fully. There's no comparison, competition, or 'should'. It's about connecting with parts of your body and self which get to be seen, loved and felt. You'll also connect with like-minded individuals, and be part of a community that gets to expand through fun, uplifting movement!

Through the journey of self-love, prioritizing my own healing and having over 8 different modalities in my toolbox mixing spirituality, emotionality, neurobiology and somatic therapy, I’ve been able to guide 100’s of people through subconscious and somatic healing.
