What does the training include?

Fully catered lunch & snacks *accomodation, breakfast & dinner are not included*
During the retreat, you will learn an entire Twerkwerk routine &

embodiment practices, and discover the transformative power

of Twerking and Breathwork.

You will also learn about the origins of twerkwerk and the

brand's empowering message.

You'll learn how to cue, instruct and hold space in a safe and

empowering way.

Building your own business under a growing brand & movement.
Breathwork, its benefits and contraindications.
How to hold safe trauma informed spaces.
The energetics of volume, voice, movement, breathwork & more.
Given a workbook for on-going learning and support, twerk techniques form and injury adjustments.

Ongoing support includes:

Access to your own online portal with all the resources and

routines you need to continue your Twerkwerk journey.

Fresh routines every 6 months.
quarterly group calls with the Twerkwerk community, where

you can ask questions, receive advice, and be part of a supportive community

Basic Promotion (You can upgrade your marketing package)
Authority to use the name Twerkwerk, and be a part of the global brand.
Use of all marketing materials, brand materials, logo and more.

Investment

The investment for this life-changing experience is $2222 and payment plans are available.

There is a yearly renewal fee of $997 which maintains promotion, routines, resources & use of brand name.

"As a long term dancer with my own mindfulness practice, I fell in love with the Twerkwerk concept after just one workshop. However, when Adam asked if I was interested in becoming a facilitator, my first reaction was “I’m not sure if I could do that. Am I good enough?”

When the first Twerkwerk Facilitators Retreat was announced, I realised that it didn’t matter if I was "good enough" or not, I just knew it was going to be such a fun experience and I didn’t want to miss out! Now, I am so grateful that I took that leap of faith for myself.

I am new to the entrepreneurial world, so getting on board with an already established brand felt like a great place to start building my own confidence, supported by a team, while still having my own flexibility.

The retreat included 5 days of intensive training, but Adam held such a safe and nourishing space for growth. I left with a greater understanding of the breath, the nervous system, the origins of twerk, and good business practices. Not to mention learning all the routines and an opportunity to practice holding the space.

Organising workshops in my home town, I have had the full, on-going support from Adam through each process. Helping me choose my first date, marketing, and celebrating every ticket sold. Twerkwerk is helping me build my own business in a field that I am so passionate about."
