Monthly choreographed routines (slow + juicy)
Each month, we release a brand-new choreographed routine to one of your favourite tracks. We slow it right down so you can learn the details, master the shapes, and feel the movement land in your body.
We begin with our signature Twerkwerk warm-up to wake up the hips, legs, and spine, then weave in breath techniques that help you drop out of your head and into instinct.
